Quti Lab provides AI-assisted personal colour analysis. You upload a selfie, answer a short quiz, and receive a twelve-season colour result with a palette, styling guidance and a downloadable PDF report.

Your report is styling guidance generated by software. It is not medical, dermatological or professional consulting advice, and results depend heavily on your photo’s lighting and quality. Use it as a helpful starting point, not a diagnosis.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• Provide an accurate email address — we send reports and receipts there.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect misuse.
• Accounts are personal. Do not share, resell or transfer access.

• Prices are shown before checkout in your selected currency and include applicable taxes where required.
• Payment is handled by our payment processor; your order unlocks automatically once payment is confirmed.
• Each purchase unlocks the specific report and features described on the pricing page.
• Generation limits (for example AI Studio renders and re-scan passes) are stated at the point of purchase.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• Upload only photos of yourself, or of someone who has given you permission.
• Solo close-up portraits, no glasses or heavy filters — poor photos are rejected automatically.
• Do not upload illegal, explicit or offensive content.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our analysis models or prompts.
• Resell, republish or redistribute reports and generated images commercially without permission.
• Interfere with the service, bypass payment gating, or automate requests at scale.

The site, its design, analysis engine and season system belong to Quti Lab. Your report and the images generated from your photo are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Your photo remains yours.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Features may change, and third-party AI providers can experience outages. If a paid report fails to generate, contact support and we will regenerate it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

You may stop using Quti Lab and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or attempt fraud or abuse.
