Quti Lab (“we”, “us”) operates qutilab.com and provides AI-generated personal colour analysis reports. You can reach us any time at support@blog.qutilab.com.

• Your photo. The selfie you upload for analysis, plus the colour and facial-geometry measurements derived from it.
• Quiz answers. Age range, undertone preferences, hair and eye details you select during the scan funnel.
• Account details. Email address and display name if you sign up or sign in with Google.
• Purchase records. Plan purchased, amount, currency, order reference and payment status.
• Technical data. Device type, browser, approximate country (for currency and spelling) and usage events.

Your photo is used for one purpose only: producing your colour report. It is processed by our AI analysis providers to detect undertone, depth and contrast, and to generate your personalised colour board and reference images.

• We never sell photos.
• We never use your photo to train AI models.
• We never publish your photo or show it to other users.
• If you are signed in, your report and its images are stored in your private account area so you can download them again later. You can delete them at any time.

• To deliver the service — generating and storing your report (contract).
• To take payment — processing orders and preventing fraud (contract, legal obligation).
• To support you — answering tickets and repairing failed reports (legitimate interest).
• To improve and market the product — aggregated analytics and advertising measurement (consent / legitimate interest).

We only share what a provider needs to do its job:

• Payment processor — to take payment and confirm your order. We never see or store your full card details.
• AI analysis and image providers — to analyse your photo and render your colour visuals.
• Hosting and database provider — to run the site and store your account and reports.
• Analytics and advertising platforms — event data such as page views and completed purchases. See our Cookie & Tracking Policy.

• Reports and generated images: kept in your account until you delete them or close your account.
• Guest scans without an account: temporary session data only, cleared when the session ends.
• Purchase records: retained as required for tax and accounting purposes.
• Support messages: kept while your query is open, then archived.

You can request access to your data, correction, deletion, a copy in portable form, or object to marketing analytics. Email support@blog.qutilab.com from your account address and we will respond within 30 days.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with row-level access controls, so only your account can read your reports. No system is perfect, but we work to keep access tightly scoped.

Quti Lab is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly process children’s photos.

If we materially change how we handle your data, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
